Pritunl is one of the best open-source VPN servers available on the market. The web interface of Pritunl is user friendly and very easy to configure even for the complex network and tunneling. The managing dashboard is also remarkable which allows us to manage multiple virtual networks of our organization. The most likable feature of Pritunl is VPC peering which allows us to create multiple cloud site-to-site links with various platforms like Azure, AWS Oracle our team has been using this feature to link Azure Server and orcale server. Another important feature I liked about PRITUNL is that it has two-step authentication, which is highly secure and easily integration with other platforms with REST API.

It doesn't have a mobile-based platform for managing networks it has only web-based. It doesn't have features to set static IP to the network. Some time network gets to slow. The customer support has been limited to Online there is no phone call service for customer support.

The peace of mind this product does helps us have a work-life balance, while ensuring our clients' sensitive data remains protected. The customer service is fantastic as well!

Employees with Windows have experienced lagging and connection issues with Pritunl, which can be annoying, but this hasn't happened often.

Some of the features of pritunl I liked most are given below:
i. Easy to configure and setup. I set it up in ubuntu.
ii. I liked the feature of auto reconnect. When my laptop resumes from the sleep mode, pritunl reconnects automatically, if my auto-reconnect is on.

The feature to improve is given below:
i. When I have to run something like an automation test in the background using pritunl, it loses the connections as the laptop goes to sleep mode.

Since I started to use this VPN it has made my day at work much easier. While working remotely some of the problems we face is that some tools do not function locally (due to my IP address) and Pritunl has made that possible.

This can be overlooked but there are times when I lose internet connection Pritunl will disconnect and there would be no notification unless you check the application.

Importing profiles is smoother and links do not decline like most connections. Another interesting thing I liked about PRITUNL is that it has two-step authentication, which is highly secure. It is simple to use and easy to set up, and linking to a VPN is even easier. Even in my low specs Pritunl runs smoothly and does not consume high memory. When the auto-reconnect is on, it seems like smooth reconnecting is smoother.

The network is so much sluggish sometimes.. On the Windows console, it gets disconnected occasionally and we won't know until the issued order fails. There is no error message, but it would be safer if an error came up if an error happened.
