Google Cloud Storage

Google Cloud Storage
About Google Cloud Storage
Cloud Storage by Google is an online object storage platform designed to help businesses of all sizes store, organize, and analyze a variety of documents, audio and video files, images, and other data in a centralized repository. The platform includes buckets, which enable enterprises to create storage spaces by geographic location or region and define bandwidth and access permissions.
The object lifecycle management functionality in Cloud Storage lets users establish custom rules to delete or retain old versions of objects, set the session expiry time, and upgrade or downgrade storage types as per the business requirement. The built-in cloud key management services allow administrators to encrypt the stored data and provide secure access to multiple users via encrypted keys. Users can also put files or documents on hold to prevent deletion and handle backup, archiving, disaster recovery, and other operations on a unified portal.
Cloud Storage assists managers with recording and maintaining user activity and data access logs for future reference and receive notifications for updates or deletion of files. It also supports integration with various third-party applications such as Acronis, Commvault, HYCU, NetApp, TapeArk, Synology, and more.

Pros
Works well with other Google Cloud tools and I already had a Google Workspace subscription.

Pros
I love that Google Cloud Storage helps me in backing up my data, so in case I lost my device or if it is broken then I can always find my data there.
