Grubhub offers two primary modules for corporates and restaurants. Corporates can utilize the platform to build both individual orders for the employees and substantial orders for team meetings, official events, occasions, and virtual client meets, or webinars. Grubhub’s user maintenance feature allows businesses to manage individual employees, groups, and budgets. Grubhub provides an access to the admin portal where corporates can manage permissions for orders, track ongoing food requests, put area restrictions for remote orders, and upload employees list for large orders. The employee management module allows businesses to create and update groups for events and conferences.
Grubhub integrates with POS systems including Breadcrumb POS from Upserve, Toast, Oracle, NCR and RPOWER POS. It offers APIs for developers to provide an integrated experience.

Pros
What i like the most about this software is that it takes a collection of local restaurants in your area and lets you choose where you want food from.

There is absolutely nothing that i dislike about this software all the features are amazing and the step by step tracking the order is always helpful

Online marketplace and uses delivery as a service as business criteria. This is useful for small restaurants who can afford to build their own system. This unites the people who look for such delivery services and also this helps employment to few who work on delivering the items to the customer
Pros
I use this app, web version and mobile version, for ordering food & groceries. Very user friendly and well designed for easy navigation. It uses google map to locate the restaurants, map them and show the distances etc. Payment is very secure and maintains the history of the orders etc.
Cons
It expand its ability for next generation interactivity and end to end process should be more smooth and seamless. sometime moving back & forth makes the user little confusing and order need to start from the begining again.

I count on GrubHub to deliver food on time and hot or cold, as ordered. They offer a huge variety of restaurants in the area. I can award my coworker with a nice lunch delivered to her home office while we practice social distancing and hold business meetings online.
Pros
That I can plan for events and order the menu items from GrubHub anytime before the event or luncheon. If an item is missing or the wrong item delivered, GrubHub quickly refunds you the cost of that item.
Cons
I like least that there is no place to enter a general message prior to sending the order to GrubHub. When ordering for a lot of people, there are inevitable changes and requests and it would be helpful to have a section to include that information.

Overall they did refund my food when I found out that this local small restaurant had no idea I had made a order. I called them because Grubhub doesn’t offer any options sometimes and I wanted to be able to select my drink and things like that. They did refund me very quickly and they understood that I didn’t want to be part of being dishonest. They have a chat feature that allows you to quickly get ahold of someone without having to call and wait on hold.
Pros
I like the variety of restaurants that they have at your disposal, they have more places to choose from than some other food delivery apps
Cons
What I dislike is that they cut out the restaurants, they order your food as if they are YOU. So it’s not YOU ordering food it’s them pretending to be you and picking it up so that they don’t have to pay the restaurants a fee for using the service. I think this is especially bad for local places that aren’t chains. The restaurants don’t even know about this either because I’ve personally called several and told them what was going on.

I highly suggest this food delivery method.
Pros
GrubHub is a go-to when I don't feel like cooking. We also started using this as client gifts. It is extremely easy to order gift cards and send them virtually to coworkers and clients. We replaced our yearly holiday popcorn gifts with GrubHub gift cards, which is a great move in this pandemic.
Cons
The delivery rates can be a little bit high, but the usability is great.
