The tasks for all of the clients helps them know what we are waiting on from them. I also love how much the system is constantly upgrading and adding in new features\! The customer support team is great, they resolve issues quickly and listen to comments\! > > **Cons**: I dont like how the proposals cant have a draft form and you cant really duplicate it for the next year. For months and months past when it was originally stated to come out. I need to be able to delete a payment from an invoice if the client's payment fails, but this is not an option. I needed time tracking and it makes it very easy to bill that way. Once everything was customized for how I ran my firm, it’s a snap to do anything. Receiving payments is also really easy for the client. I especially appreciated the engagement letter templates and the organizers. Organizers are a bear to create from scratch, these are easy to modify and the client can fill them out easily. They can even upload documents right into the organizer so the don’t forget to upload later. The price is worth it, in my opinion. They usually have specials on the fall to get it going before tax season ramps up. I have not had to call support yet, everything worked pretty well. > > **Cons**: There is still a decent fee for receiving payments through TaxDome payments. I also wish there were more templates that didn’t cost a lot. > > My experience has been positive, but I haven’t had to get with support or have any issues.
