chatbot con el que aumento el numero de leads que recibo en la web

100% recomendable si tienes un negocio para el que necesitas leads.

Pros
Es efectivo, llama la atención del usuario y está preparado para captar los datos de contacto de la persona que es lo que necesitamos para que le atienda el comercial.
Además en Google Analytics se recogen como evento los leads que se generan (conversaciones que sí han dejado el teléfono) por lo que facilmente puedes tener un objetivo que recoge ese evento.
Cons
pues estoy contenta en general, es sencillo de usar y me sirve para lo que lo quiero

La prueba gestos de 1 mes y la opción de quedarse con la opción lite hasta que la página requiera de más espacio o que tenga más usuarios que usen el robot.
Facilidad de instalación y la posibilidad de aclarar dudas forma inmediata por e mail con respuestas claras y concisas
Aviso por email cuando hay un potencial cliente
Plataforma con toda la información de los clientes contactados en una sola vista
Cons
Que no tenga una opción entre la lite y la de 24 euros
Por ej Con 50 contactos y un usuario

Pros
Lo que más me gusta del chat es la facilidad de uso y de instalación. También me gusta la forma que tiene de contestar a los posibles clientes y la forma en que capta los datos de contacto de los leads.
Cons
Hecho de menos que no filtre los datos reales y los que son falsos.

Poder conseguir mas clientes, o personas que entran a por informacion a la web y gracias al chat solucionarle dudas, derivarlo al departamento adecuado o conseguir sus datos para poder ponerte en contacto y sin perder tiempo ya que te organiza muy bien los contactos.
