PiPcall is a business phone system designed to help employees manage business calls on android and iOS devices using a global system for mobile communications (GSM) network. It offers an online portal, which enables managers to add or remove phone numbers, track calls, manage users, and gain insights into employee activities.
PiPcall allows administrators to allocate mobile or landline numbers and call/text plans to employees for different durations. Users can utilise a dedicated contacts directory to capture, store, and categorize business and personals contacts in a centralized repository for future reference. Employees can utilize the do not disturb (DND) functionality during off-hours to divert incoming calls to their business voicemail accounts.
PiPcall offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with various telephony and private branch exchange (PBX) systems. Supervisors can also use the application to invite new users via email or remove existing users and retain the number allocated to them.
