> **Pros**: 12Twenty offers a great way for us to connect with companies in the area and provide our students with opportunities to advance their careers. 12Twenty allows employers to recruit our students for jobs, internships, commissions, and volunteer opportunities as well as engage in programming provided by our career services.

> **Cons**: The user interface is not the easiest to navigate on the front end or the admin side but once you get used to it, it is pretty easy. There has been a learning curve for our student body but they are getting the hang of it.
