About Kipsu

Kipsu is a cloud-based customer communications management software designed to help airport operators and businesses in hospitality, retail, and higher education sectors engage with clients via various channels such as live web chat, in-app messages, SMS, texts, over-the-top (OTT) messengers, and more. Team members can use the shared user interface to view and respond to incoming messages on a unified platform.

The application enables supervisors to gain visibility into the number of messages sent, average response time, top or low performing staff members, and other metrics in the form of graphs. Kipsu allows managers to address clients' concerns, answer questions, and maintain a database of common requests by capturing data on guest interactions. It helps businesses maintain compliance with Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements. Hoteliers can also accept guests' dinner reservations or housekeeping requests and notify customers about schedule changes, room status, and departure processes.
