Abler is a tool for the management of recruitment and selection processes, suitable for HR consultancies and medium to large companies that frequently hire. Among its functions is the adoption of digital and automated screening of candidates.
The platform allows recruiters to customize the selection process with different test models, such as excel, logic, languages, among others, and online interviews, in addition to making it possible to communicate with candidates via email, WhatsApp, or telephone. Pros
A Abler une o que há mais moderno no mercado em recrutamento e seleção. O software permite todo gerenciamento do processo seletivo de ponta a ponta e ainda entrega indicadores de performance que nos ajuda a tomar decisões. A API que divulga as vagas nos portais resolve o processo de atração, tornando o processo simples, rápido e altamente eficaz.
Cons
Naturalmente, quando o banco de currículos se torna muito grande, garantia a atualização do currículo é um desafio. Mas em se tratando de Abler, acredito que em breve isso deva ser resolvido.

- O software é intuitivo.
- Os candidatos conseguem se candidatar às vagas com facilidade.
- O suporte é muito rápido e atencioso.
- É o melhor preço em comparação às outras plataformas
Cons
- Em muitos estados, a distribuição das vagas não nos atende e precisamos divulgar por fora.
- A triagem fica dificultada pois não conseguimos organizar as candidaturas por data (está com um bug).
- Atualizações durante a semana em horário comercial atrapalham a nossa rotina.
- Alguns candidatos relatam não conseguir completar o cadastro.
