Once this connection is established, we support customers in selling on any relevant marketplace or channel worldwide. Pros

The ease in using the application and the customer support.

Cons

We're missing the possibility to chat to our customers in Channel Engine. The customer support now needs to log in to dozens channels to talk to the customers. Another integrator has this function.
