Great and very agile tech support team

Pros
Great and very agile tech support team that replies very fast, fixes bugs or add ideas to their backlog. This kind of support in outstanding
Cons
As the software is still pretty new, I sometimes miss features that I know from similar software. However, if I miss a features, I just send my wish list to the tech team and they then put it on their backlog (with different levels of priority).

The customer support is very good. Problems are quickly solved and new feature requests happily taken into account.
Cons

Affordable and easy to use and setup LMS

Pros
I have been testing Reteach LMS for some time and I am very satisfied. It is easy to use with a clear easy to manage interface, and contains all key features we need for our training objectives. Reteach has a transparent and clear pricing structure without any unexpected charges. They give the necessary support and are always willing to provide additional explanation.
Cons
Limited user interface languages (no dutch version).

Ich kann nur jeden empfehlen, der professionelle Schulungen anbieten möchte, reteach auszuprobieren. Nach wenigen Minuten des Testens fängt es sofort an, Spaß zu machen und man wird sich der Möglichkeiten bewusst, die einem dieses mächtige Tool anbietet.
Pros
Ich bin fasziniert von der durchgehend leicht zu bedienenden Oberfläche und dem strukturellen Aufbau. Es wird einem sehr einfach gemacht, auch komplexe Kurse anzulegen und zu verwalten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die dynamische Teilnehmerverwaltung mit Gruppen und Tags. Damit konnten wir auch problemlos Teilnehmer ohne E-Mail-Adresse mit aufnehmen und für jeden Standort die entsprechenden Schulungen zuordnen und freischalten. Der Analyticsbereich ist mittlerweile sehr aussagekräftig und verständlich aufgebaut. Im deutschsprachigen Bereich gibt es meines Erachtens keinen derart professionellen Anbieter für Lern-Management-Schulungen. Abschließend möchte ich noch den bemerkenswert professionellen und freundlichen Kundensupport erwähnen.
Cons
Es gibt aus meiner Sicht keine wirklichen Nachteile. Alle Optimierungswünsche werden zeitnah realisiert und noch mehr. Es handelt sich ganz klar um einen Premiumanbieter.
