SoluCX is an NPS platform that measures customer satisfaction levels with a service or product, using intelligent forms that can be deployed from multiple channels, such as text message, email, app, and widget, according to the preferences of each company. By using this software, it's possible to customize the control panels according to the particularities of the business and separate the satisfaction analyses from filters, such as rating, location, or the period in which the client had contact with the brand.

SoluCX offers integration with CRM via API and allows the manager to monitor the evolution of indicators and performance reports in real-time, making it possible to verify the Machine Learning elements that had the most impact on the customer experience, especially among those identified as detractors.
