A current cost estimate can be called up at any project phase, using an internal database, which contains calculation prices. meinHausplaner also calculates the available living space and any changes are dynamically displayed. In addition, meinHausplaner includes a house catalog with around 500 finished designs, which users can adapt as a basis for their own projects. These templates are freely editable, and there is also a furniture library, which allows rooms to be virtually furnished to create realistic scenarios. Builders use meinHausplaner to create 2D floor plans. This software also has a 3D visualization mode, which simulates shadows, transparent surfaces, and reflections. \n\nThe meinHausplaner-CAD version can be used to create all the drawings that are required for a building application, for detailed planning, and for the work itself. This version also includes functions for importing and exporting data in DXF, DWG, and FBX formats.
