Pros

I love using Showell in my day to day sales work. Using Showell and great presentation materials and templates, I can create a tailored and professional looking presentation in just matter of minutes. No need to copy and paste from previous presentations, you can find everything easily, presentations look great and are super easy to share too.

An example on the benefit: One night at 11.15 pm I realized that I had forgotten to prepare a presentation for a sales call on the next morning. I opened up Showell, created a couple of customer specific slides, collected basic product, company and reference slides from Showell and at 11.25 pm I had a presentation ready for the meeting. Completely tailored to the customer.

Cons

No Mac app as of yet. Could have better ability to track presentation shares.

We used showell for internal communication between the company for our weekly newsletter, it was easy to use and to share presentations!

There are no things in particular that I did not like about Showell

Showell is easy to use but not all we need

Pros

The materials are quite easy to set in the Showell. It is good that the materials can be shared via Showell and we get the information who has viewed the link. Good to be able to have different roles and user groups. Easy to use in most of the cases.

Cons

From reporting is bit hard to get the information I would like to get. There should be some kind of "pivot table" type of report where I could select the information and limitations I would like to see in one page. So for example I should be able to set the report to show selected users on rows and selected materials on columns and then be able to set the time period and the information I would like to see for example times the material has been sent, times the material has been opened, the last time the material has been opened etc.

Pros

I like how easy it was to share multiple presentations with clients at once without having to share large files, only a link. Personalised links for different collections of presentations. Can access data from clients as to if they have accessed the file / presentations.

Cons

The order presentations appear once collected could not be edited or changed to my knowledge, this would have been a helpful tool.
