About Hubb

Hubb is an event management software designed to help associations, trade show organizers and corporations plan, build, host, and handle virtual, hybrid, or in-person events using various back-end tools. Attendees can build custom schedules, set up meetings, chat privately with other participants, conduct group discussions, and browse sessions using exhibit booths, virtual lobbies, on-demand content, and live streaming capabilities.

Hubb allows associations to host one-on-one meetings, automate approval workflows, configure custom roles or permissions, track revenue, and synchronize event data with Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar. Sponsors can view floor maps and manage their profile information, booth locations, and deliverables on a unified platform.

Hubb helps businesses use dashboards to gain insights into session popularity, speakers' quality, and form submission rates, among other metrics in the form of graphs or charts. Speakers can also submit their information, upload session content, collect feedback, and collaborate with content teams.

Hubb's brainstorm tool enables attendees to submit ideas and launch round table discussions according to requirements. Other features include publishing, personalized recommendations, task management, and staff scheduling.

This is our 2nd year using Hubb -- It sure has made the process for our conference easier.

Pros

I love that it doesn't allow for double scheduling and that the track managers can use it to make updates to their sessions.

Cons

We operate a little different here and look for some things to be customized in order for them to work well. Our Hubb contact has been wonderful at giving us a work around.
