A real CDP

Pros
I have been evaluating CDPs with personalization for a client. As I delved into the world of CDPs and personalization engines, I have been surprised by how many vendors who claim to have capability in this space have very narrow offerings. Conscia was an exception. The Conscia CDP has excellent customer data unification capability; strong calculated and computed scores and the ability to activate customer data across channels. Plus, you can edit profiles in the CDP so it can act as your CRM (if needed). You can pipe in content and prepare (enrich) the content for personalization which obviates the need to recreate content in your personalization engine. Plus, you can reuse the same content across numerous campaigns. (such a time saver)! The open architecture makes integration a dream. I think my favorite feature is the campaign modeling where you can map to complex meta data into the campaign tracking.
Cons
During my evaluation I did not uncover anything problematic.

The overall experience of working with Conscia was extremely positive and by the time I left this role in Digital at TD, we had proven that Conscia could meet our business requirements for automating metadata creation, automatically appending metadata to content items, provide an easy to use User Interface for managing metadata, including mass application to existing content items. We had also proven the text analytics functionality be a "compare and contrast" exercise against other tools. Working with the Conscia team was a great experience, they are extremely helpful and responsive.
Pros
As the business lead for evaluating Conscia for multiple use cases within the Digital Group at TD Bank, what I most liked about Conscia was its ability to solve multiple problems for my team: Using text analytics and ML to automate the creation of metadata for Intranet pages, providing a very intuitive and easy to use interface for web teams to manage and enhance their metadata. We also conducted successful tests using Conscia to analyze the content of large and complex PDF documents, generating topic metadata, and breaking the documents up into smaller easier to digest sections.
Cons
Based on my evaluation and use of Conscia, there was nothing missing in the context of my use cases in terms of functionality.

Pros
This software makes product categorization and data management easy and seamless. It is a software with many different functionalities; an all-in-one platform. From product categorization to products boosts and redirects, this tool makes day to day work an easy and clear step by step process. The software offers custom reports and has a unique dynamic assignment feature to fit the needs of our Business.
Cons
Product boosting could be improved; having a visual tool that can drag and drop the items on a result page. Also having more flexibility when customizing the left navigation on result pages, being able to drill down further to sub categories or customizing a quick link feature on the left nav.

Pros
Conscia has such an easy UI that I was able to adjust to it without any friction. The support we receive from the Conscia team is top notch, as they'll answer any question and offer really insightful feedback and suggestions.
Cons
There's nothing inherent to Conscia that makes this platform difficult. I think any challenges we do face are more around our how to best tackle issues as a business. However the Conscia team are always there to offer their recommendations.

It was an enjoyable experience. They went above and beyond to understand our business needs and make sure the solutions they offered made sense for us from both a technical perspective, but also from a business user standpoint.
Pros
I liked the flexibility that Conscia provides when it comes to integrating any piece of their software into an existing ecosystem of tools. Their Integration Server was exception at extracting and transforming our data into the format and structure we needed. We also found the Enrichment Studio and Search Manager to be highly intuitive and flexible at meeting our specific business needs.
Cons
I found some of their help documentation to be limiting, but the Success team did provide additional custom documentation to us later on in our implementation that was helpful.
