Omnibanca is an omnichannel banking platform designed to help cooperatives and neo banks manage campaigns and streamline various administrative processes, such as customer experience, payment processing, document management, and more. Using the SMS banking functionality, customers can post inquiries, manage transactions, and receive notifications about payments.

Omnibanca provides a built-in content manager, which allows enterprises to create and maintain web portals for clients. Supervisors can secure confidential information with user login and two-factor authentication (TFA) functionality, preventing the exploitation of critical data. It also lets managers utilize machine learning capabilities to handle, configure, and streamline operational processes.

Omnibanca offers an API, which enables organizations to integrate the platform with various third-party customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and legacy applications. Es muy amigable para los clientes, muy fácil de usar, con un diseño limpio y moderno.
Tiene funcionalidades atractivas y novedosas. Por ejemplo pago de múltiples servicios a la vez.
Un solo desarrollo para web, móvil y Watch que te permiten ofrecer una exper única onmicanal a los clientes.
Nos permitió adoptar esquemas de seguridad avanzados que no dificulten el uso por parte de los clientes.

Pros

Es muy relevante, indicar que la plataforma en su desarrollo base , su visión esta centrada y enfocada a generar una mayor y mejor experiencia para el usuario. Los clientes, pueden interactuar de forma fácil, eficiente y segura al realizar funciones y transacciones financieras.
