About I2M

The I2M manufacturing intelligence system uses data integration to automate, digitize, and control manufacturing routines. It also uses artificial intelligence technology to simulate the analytical processes of production, process, and operations experts.

With the Strategic Operations Research (SOR) module, the software predicts which allocation is the most profitable for production orders, detects bottlenecks and presents solutions on how to solve them, monitors stock levels, and creates simulations to predict the financial and operational consequences of new investments or cuts, among other resources. With the Productive Activity Control (PAC) module, it is possible to detect delays by reprogramming schedules and routes in real-time, and also to manage traceability data, interactions, and instructions.

Stored in the cloud, I2M establishes autonomous communication with IT/TA systems and uses encryption algorithms, digital signature, key exchange, and hashing for data protection.
