About Mapex

Mapex is a manufacturing execution system (MES) designed to help businesses streamline quality control, production planning, and equipment maintenance operations. It enables employees to automate data capture processes, handle calibration, monitor statistical process control (SPC) activities, and track production batches on a unified platform.

The application allows managers to view production information across multiple factories through centralized dashboards or create custom dashboards as per business requirements. Professionals can utilize Mapex’s work order management module to track production scheduling, configure workflows, and receive notifications for delay or incidents via email or text messages. Mapex also lets administrators create quality control plans, view technician’s shifts, manage user permissions, and track raw materials, batches, and finished products in real-time.

Mapex supports integration with various enterprise resource planning (ERP), MRP, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAGE, Oracle, and more. Other features include data storage management, automated alerts, Gantt charts, communication management, and analytics.
