This makes it easier for users to navigate through the system, wherever they sit in the organization. User permissions and groups are controlled by your company’s system administrator.

Library of Objectives, Risks, Controls and Tests
The Library of Objectives, Risks, Controls and Tests provides centralized content that can be applied and re-used throughout the application. The ability to directly connect objectives to risks and controls helps companies to comply with ISO 31000.
API, Integrations and Single Sign On (SSO)
Ideagen Risk Management uses an Application Programming Interface (API) that allows it to integrate with other software solutions that your business uses. This allows for data to be viewed across applications for purposes such as reporting, logging new feedback items, or performance tracking. Easy to use product and they supported us to move our risks over to 3 LoD model and training.
Cons
That everything hasn't moved over to the browser version so you have to swap between applications as admin.

Pros
Somerset Council uses Ideagen Risk Management for performance management first and foremost. Actions and PIs are key to the monitoring and reporting and work very well.
Cons
Currently, the need to set up reports in the Classic version is a little "clunky", but I understand this is soon to be fixed so that all can be done within the Browser version.

The main area for updating risks , performance and actions is really easy to use. It is a great business management tool. It provides instant oversight of where varying activities are across the business.
Cons
How you build reports and dashboards is really difficult it is not intuitive at all.
