> **Pros**: Audit Manager is fairly easy to use once you get to know the system. I like that as an administrator I can see the status of all projects. It is very easy to create the projects and upload the supporting elements. Implementation is very easy and quick, and all of my staff got started right away. Customization is amazing. the Healthicity staff is amazing and very knowledgeable in their field.

> **Cons**: We have found that we have to double enter items in order for them to be captured. We really wish thing could be captured during the first step in the review instead of having to re-enter at the end. The screens take a little time to load and the number of times you have to click on save becomes tedious and thing do get lost.  Customizing to capture elements for reporting purposes when the data is already available is causing double work on the staff and possible human error.

> **Cons**: My team have been using Audit Manager to perform physician audits since September however the integration/claims connect still is not complete.  We've been paying for this feature and haven't benefited by it.  In addition, a significant request to add charge and payment, since we were told adding and maintaining payers FS would be cumbersome and resulted to refer to the Medicare FS, required an upgrade with an additional cost.  Our organization uses financial compliance accuracy to benchmark our audits, this is a deal breaker as we are not changing our current method.

> **Cons**: They got off to a bit of a rocky start in the beginning.  At the time, Healthicity didn't have a lot of end-user training for their new clients.  Customer service was a little slow.  That has been rectified and we receive much faster responses.  Ease of contacting support greatly improved.

> We perform different types of audits, Annual audits, New Provider audits, Compliance Committee audits, Integration Audits, and New Business Analyses.  We also perform focused audits depending on the OIG watchlist.

> **Cons**: Uploading bulk notes doesn't work well, can't separate out automatically within software.   Cannot report out by comments used.  (in excel format all the comments are put into 1 cell)

> Overall, after having used other audit software in the market by FAR this is the best one.  It's easy to use, flows nicely just like an audit tool and is highly customizable based on how you want to audit. You can make it as easy or as complex as you want.
