CRFWEB is an electronic data capture (EDC) software that helps organizations collect, manage, and analyze clinical data in compliance with FDA guidelines. With the eCRF module, staff members can handle queries, formulas, audit logs, edit checks, and more from within a centralized dashboard.
CRFWEB's medical dictionary for regulatory activities (MedDRA) enables healthcare professionals to access multiple dictionary versions, automatically map medical codes, and export the coded study in PDF file format. It allows administrators to set up stratification criteria and utilize auto-generated, user-selected, or imported randomization numbers for clinical studies. Using the ePRO functionality, clinical study experts can access the platform and answer multilingual questionnaires or surveys. It also lets researchers manage, upload, group, and share study protocol documents with stakeholders.
CRFWEB lets staff members prepare data capture schedules, assign subjects, and send reminder notifications to nurses to check-on subjects. It also allows users to streamline processes related to decentralized trials, multi-site kit handling, and lab management.

What a true benefit to choose Clindox. While CRFweb is a highly valuable tool, the people who stand behind it are truly amazing to work with. Every detail and to every request were met with high urgency and the team went above and beyond to help us.
Pros
The intuitive way in which CRFweb was designed makes it easy to work with it independently. The interface is user-friendly and creates a welcoming perception. It is well-organized, making it easy to locate different tools and options. The different features and commands are readily understandable. Albeit help was provided whenever needed, minimal explanations were required in how to use CRFweb.
We did not use this software over a long term yet but so far, the product was very reliable and no malfunctions were noted.

I have been using the CRFweb clinical trial application for over 3 years. We are delighted with how the system has helped us control, manage and report on the trial process. Working in the academic world, the competitive pricing is a big help and the cost of the CRFweb system is more than made up for by the significant time it saves. It's simple and logical to collect data, manage queries, report and generally keep studies on track. I am happy to recommend CRFWeb to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, clinical trial EDC system

Pros
In true sense - Cost effective ,User friendly system with ease of design, Not require additional platform/software to access and design CRF. They listen to you very carefully and understand your problems before serving you with any solution. CRFWeb is also ask for your opinions to improve services.
Cons
Definitely based on opinions from variety of clients they can improve system dashboard and other internal features of designing. Also in future i would like to see feature which allow sites to enter data online as well as offline.
