PeopleFluent Learning

About PeopleFluent Learning
PeopleFluent Learning is a learning management system designed to help businesses create, deploy, track, and manage employee training programs. Instructors can utilize social learning, automated video transcription, and slide sharing capabilities to build, catalog, collaborate and share training materials on a unified portal.
Key features include compliance management, coaching, skill development, learning analytics, content authoring, and video recording. It offers a drag and drop interface, which streamlines content authoring operations for administrators, allowing them to intertwine text, videos, and screen captures to formulate engaging content. It also allows trainers to conduct and assign compliance training programs to staff members, track completion as well as deadlines, and generate annual reports for decision-making purposes.
PeopleFluent Learning provides an API, which enables businesses to integrate the system with third-party applications and utilize data from multiple sources across learning materials. It also lets enterprises create brand-specific portals to announce new products, updates, and enhancements among partners, resellers, and customers and launch certification or compliance programs among vendors.

PeopleFluent LMS is very promising from a feature perspective, but needs to be streamlined for me to be able to use it successfully within my context. Good product, just needs those tweaks to really be excellent.
Pros
PeopleFluent LMS provides a really powerful collection of functions and tools for elearning packages. Analytics are quite good compared to other similar lightweight LMS platforms. It's pretty easy to find anything you need as well from the main screen.
Cons
With the great feature set comes increased complexity. This is not the most intuitive software i've ever used, and training would be essential for broader implementation. This really impacted my decision to eventually pass on the product.
