My Guest Spot offers custom time limitations, management controls, user permissions, vehicle ban features, special permit issuance, plus more features to streamline lot enforcement and guest registration.
My Guest Spot's main interface includes various data to help identify unauthorized vehicles. Property managers can search and sort through resident and guest parking permits using license plate number, status, timeframe, and property name. Other accessible data includes date of permit issuance, visitor name, arrival/departure times, unit details, plus more. Other features include unique guest parking PIN codes, customizable unit descriptions, detailed activity logs, and a color coded mobile lot monitoring tool.

MGS is a monthly subscription service so there are no long-term contracts. You simply pay via credit card each month. Discounted subscription costs are offered for advance payments of quarterly, bi-yearly and yearly. Subscription costs are dependent on the number of units in your community. Alternatively, we also offer a way to pay for your subscription via our "Pay To Park (P2P)" tool, essentially passing the cost of the subscription to the guests that visit your property (and even generating revenue for your community!) or via our "Resident Assessment" tool where each unit owner or renter would pay a one-time annual fee for use of the MGS Guest Permitting system.
