WelcomeHome is a customer relationship management (CRM) software that helps assisted and senior living organizations communicate with prospects and clients through multiple channels, including email, phone call, and instant messaging. It enables staff members to track daily plans and schedule activities with information, such as prospect details, sales counselor, important dates, and relevant notes.

WelcomeHome allows employees to maintain a prospect database with information, such as name, lead source, required care type, care needs, and trigger events. It lets team members monitor patient and room occupancy based on custom categories, such as at risk, in hospital, on hospice, or out with family. It lets supervisors track occupancy rates, new enquiries, referrals, prospect stages, and monthly move-ins or move-outs.

WelcomeHome offers an API, which allows organizations to integrate the platform with several third-party solutions, such as PointClickCare, HubSpot, Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, and Zapier. Administrators can also configure the platform in multiple languages, set-up workflows, and create business rules based on organizational requirements.
