About Kiwi

Kiwi is an email management software designed to help businesses collaborate on projects, view and monitor tasks, compose emails, and manage spreadsheets, presentations, documents, and more. Designed for Gmail and Google’s Office Suite, the application enables organizations to handle multiple email accounts on a unified portal.

Kiwi enables enterprises to view past interactions and segregate emails by unread, starred, important, attachments, or other attributes using Google AI. It offers a host of features such as desktop notifications, dropdown menus, gesture controls, do not disturb mode, personalization themes, drag-and-drop interface, video conferencing, and more. The built-in cloud-search functionality allows administrators to locate and view documents and images across Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, and Calendar applications.

Kiwi includes an address book, which lets users create, store, and edit contact details in a centralized repository. It also supports integration with various third-party applications including Boomerang, Cisco Webex, Grammarly, Virtru, Zoom, and more.

All of the best of Gmail, with an email app like you're used to.

Kiwi was easy to setup, easy to use, and the options are in simple english and make sense. I would recommend Kiwi to anyone who uses Gmail.

Pros

I've always used an external email app - Eudora, Lotus Notes, Outlook, etc. When faced with using Gmail, the idea of having to keep remembering to have a browser window open all day was quite frustrating. I searched for some options and came across Kiwi. Kiwi was simple, and provided enough features to give me the standalone feel, but the power of Gmail. I really like that I can manage multiple gmail accounts in one program. Better than having multiple browser tabs open all day!

Cons

There are a few features that have been in development - such as calendar notifications. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for new features of Gmail to be added to Kiwi, but, usually there is an update made available quickly.

Perfectly fine. One thing I wish Kiwi might do is prompt the user that a new email has arrived by altering the icon in the taskbar. Overall, I quite enjoy the software.

Pros

It's simple and straightforward. It doesn't add any excessive functionality and is focused on just providing my Gmail as a program.

Cons

I often wish "pages" would open in either some form of tab or in the browser window. For example, opening a calendar link prompts a new Kiwi window. This means Kiwi now has multiple screens in my Windows taskbar making making switching back and forth somewhat cumbersome. Also, the new screen doesn't respect any size requirements I've provided to other windows. If it were to open in a browser, it'd automatically go full screen and respect my browser setup. If it were to open as a tab in Kiwi, it'd respect whatever size that is currently set to. As it is now, it just opens in some arbitrary size that I then have to enlarge and deal with as a seperate application.

Overall I don't think I could work daily without it. My only gripe is the resource issues that come up from time to time.

Pros

The feature that I use the most is the multiple email accounts. I am constantly switching between them daily. The window popup feature is nice as well.

Cons

Performance issues. I have tried on multiple computers and seem to have the same issues in the end. I am in IT so I understand bloatware, memory, processors, etc. This could be the only application running and it would just eat up the processor and memory at times to a point where I have to wait to use it. It's not the computer this happens to every computer I use. I really need the capability to move between my email accounts daily so I just deal with it. I have found that when an update is released it usually works well for a bit then goes back to being a resource hog again. Some things that help is I would reboot weekly and see if it clears things up a bit.

Kiwi is a pleasure to use, effective, and powerful. It's been an always-open app on my computer.

Pros

It's very easy to add your email accounts in Kiwi and get started. I love having all my Google suite programs available in one place, especially my calendar and Google Docs. The focus features have also helped me stay on top of time-sensitive emails, emails with important documents, etc.

Cons

I wish that I could use the multiple inboxes/panels feature in Gmail to follow the Inbox Zero workflow to further manage my email organization.

Kiwi is an independent tool which gives me chance to use Gmail and other google client in a single app , without opening a browser. For professional purpose it is very hard to use browser only for email checking. After using KIWI i can use multiple email account at a single time by professional way.
They continuously increase their support by providing other software access, Now i can directly use Grammarly and Zoom via desktop app also.

Pros

Easy to setup and use, for Professional use sometimes I need several email account, Kiwi gives me chance to use several email at same time without having browser. Beside I can use G suite also like Google docs, sheets at drive. Recently they added ZOOM and Grammarly in their Basic version. It saves my time .

Cons

During my use , Sometimes it freezes up , to continue I need to restart.
