Impress by Quadient is a cloud-based document management software designed to help businesses across retail, higher education, healthcare, financial, and other sectors automate document preparation workflows and communicate with customers. It enables employees to create, manage, and distribute invoices, cash statements, notices, letters, and other documents via a unified platform.

Impress offers a variety of features such as compliance management, billing, interactive content, analytics, customer experience management, invoicing, barcoding, and more. Customer Service has been incredible, getting the system setup initially and fixing any issues we've encountered in a timely manner. Since it was setup, it has been mostly set-and-forget. It just works.

Pros

Its ability to merge multiple PDFs into a single large PDF of an impressively small size, the barcoding that can be done for USPS presort bulk mail, and the automatic generation of cover pages.

Cons

The user interface is much too complex for our mailroom staff. They often disable production unknowingly. Is has improved slightly recently, but I would love to have a much simpler interface for our mailroom staff to use.

Has potential

Like I mentioned above, I still have not been able to use the service that I'm being billed for...

Like I mentioned above, I still have not been able to use the service that I'm being billed for monthly. I have had to run the contracted service along with machine rentals because I still have to do it myself in office. I believe the service has potential I just haven't experienced it yet.

Pros

The ability to queue up large number of prints and be able to track it.

Cons

I have had the service for over 2 months now and we have not been able to get help to setup our normal statements run that we send out monthly to our customers. It appears the setup and membership team were motivated to have us sign up however the after service has been poor.

We have been able to save costs on supplies, reduced our copier demand, and postage meter needs. Support staff was able to be reduced by more than half saving on costs and benefits

Pros

Before Quadient, our mass mailings were done in-house and took several individuals to complete the process. We now do not have to worry about machine breakdowns, manpower, and security.

Cons

A better billing invoice would be nice which could breakdown each mailout with the total itemized for each

Pros

Quadient is a great service! All of the tools, like customizable invoices/reports have bene very useful in our company. With a change of people it is easy to keep organized!

Cons

Quadient is a great service and worth the money; However, the price is expensive compared to other companies.
