It is a very user-friendly software that doesn't take a lot of training to use. > > **Cons**: For the most part, anything that I didn't like about the software we brought up to the Business Development rep and they were able to put it on their roadmap. > > We needed a TA system that allowed our hiring managers to do the least amount of work in the system as possible. The system that we had before was very basic and made it very hard to evaluate candidates. Also, as a startup, we would often get to the interview stage and people would back out because they didn't realize how small we are or the level of effort it will take to be successful. Enlizt eliminates that by giving tons of information to candidates upfront. People can make more informed decisions about moving forward with the interview process. It's an easy-to-use software that is getting better and better each day. I want my team to look at every resume and not rely on AI which has been shown to have bias.
