Pros

It's convenient for me to be able to monitor my expected hours in real time and see if I'm meeting my goals. We were able to complete all of the planning and sourcing for our projects in around half the time.

Cons

The new features the business will provide to improve my quality of life are something I'm looking forward to. I have nothing negative or unfavourable to say.

Pros

Bizinta was the perfect combination of Time Keeping, Invoicing and CRM for us. We needed more customization than we got with HubSpot and absolutely did not need Salesforce. Their interface is logical and our Employees have adapted to it quickly with minimal training.

Cons

Bizinta is a newer player in the space. As such, we had to do some customized development with them. That said, they were always fair with pricing (when applicable) and their turnaround times were very reasonable.

Pros

With my limited knowledge, entering timesheet and expenses is easy. Report downloading is simple.

Cons

I can even change my old cell phone number as the two steps verification process only allow text or email to existing phone with no option to another / current cell number. How does one login to change profile if the application does even get pass the login stage?

Features to changing / editing details is not easily found.

I would definitely recommend Bizinta. They have save me at least a hundred of hours of work this year with invoicing and smoothed out our processes for time tracking

Pros

I love the hands on approach and how easy it is to talk to someone. They truly tailor their software to your needs and their service.

Cons

Like every software it is not polished yet but with this comes the customization options and they use your input in upgrades. It is more polished now with lots more features than when we first signed up with them last year.

Pros

I love the reporting. I have been searching for a unicorn software system that will do all my time, billing and workflow in one software. All are good at time keeping, most are good at billing, few do workflow and almost all do a terrible job of reporting. Bizinta still has to implement workflow, but it excels at reporting. I can generate gross margin reports by team, client, staff. Run utilization reports, sales reports, realization reports. If you like KPI's it is a great system for you.

Cons

I do wish there was a robust workflow system so I can know each task by client is performed each month, and how long it takes to complete each task.
