About AxisRooms

AxisRooms is a channel and reservations management software that helps small to large businesses in the hospitality industry manage pricing, inventory, promotions, commissions, and more from within a centralized platform. The channel manager module provides staff members with a built-in dashboard, which lets them view, track, and update room availability and pricing across multiple external booking platforms.

AxisRooms allows employees to create manual bookings, define room rates, set up payment options, and configure special deals for customers. It enables supervisors to manage contracts between hotels and travel agents, corporates, or tour operators. With the operations functionality, front desk managers can handle and streamline check-ins, price overrides, and document scanning, among other processes. It also lets business leaders generate reports to gain insights into hotel performance, bookings, invoices, and agent performance.

AxisRooms allows businesses to integrate the platform with several third-party solutions, such as Airbnb, Tripadvisor, Expedia, Paytm, PayPal, Hotelogix, and Trivago. Administrators can configure single sign on (SSO), manage roles, set up tax rates, and define commissions for employees.

I am using AxisRooms Channel Manager almost 2 years. Overall I found Amazing. The support team are very much responsive and resolve issues in short period.

Pros

AxisRooms Channel Manager is one of the best channel manager I used in my career. The operating system is very simple and sync for new property takes 15 to 20 minutes. Almost all features are remarkable, specially – OTA Manager from one panel and GDS features.

Cons

AxisRooms Channel Manager performance is notable except few minor errors, such as – don’t have access to change extranet password of any OTA, need to approach support team.

Pros

Having used their software for more than 2 years now I can proudly vouch for their services

Their UI is great and easy to manage with several options that other competition does not provide.

The team is proactive in answering all queries and go out of the way to help make better use of the platform.

Cons

It can improve by adding more functions and options to help facilitate a better management of the property

Better complaince for regional use would be much appreciated.

It does basic things well. Support in India is iffy.

Pros

Does synchronize calendars well. Mobile App to block dates handy useful. Setting up new properties is relatively simple as well.

Cons

We don't have access to change few things. Basic thing like if I change the extranet Password of any OTA need to approach support in India to make those changes in Channel manager. This process is not as good as it needs to be

Pros

This is one of the best channel manager which i have ever used being in a hospitality sector from past 1.5 year.
It is simple to operate with multiple functionalities,It does not take more than 5 minute to onboard a new property via axisroos channel manager.
You can various functionalities like daily report,booking data,rate plan restriction,no show,revenue maximixation and a lot more.
Customer support is excellent,anywhere you stuck just give them a call,they are ready to help at any time.
One of the best i feature that i liked is there is no sync issue which i saw while using other channel manager.

Cons

Nothing is there to not like about this software.
