I love that it takes care of administrative business functions without needing to hire a receptionist. My business is small, but quickly growing. AgendaPro lets me schedule potential client calls/Zooms...or they can schedule a time that's guaranteed to work for them AND me...because they can see exactly which days/times I am free to connect with them.

Clients are sent reminders about a weekly checkin call. Reduces my instances of not reaching them. Close communication is key to my client success, so ANYTHING that reduces that is a total game changer for me.
I also can send out targeted weekly client marketing materials via the software. I create the content once, then it's automatically sent to every client on my roster at once. Nobody is left out, everyone is happy!

There's nothing I don't love about this software! It's helped me grow my business in so many ways. Because I'm not duplicating effort, I'm saving time -- time I can use to help my clients AND future clients

QUE NO FALLA, QUE NORMALMENTE ESTÁN INNOVANDO, ES MUY INTUITIVA Y A VECES PARECE QUE NOS LEEN LA MENTE CON LAS INNOVACIONES. ADEMAS DE LAS HERRAMIENTAS DE MARKETING Y ADMINISTRACIÓN QUE OFRECE.

QUE NORMALMENTE ESTÁN SUBIENDO EL PRECIO Y ELIMINARON LA FUNCIÓN DE VER LAS RESERVAS CANCELADAS

Lo que mas me gusto de agenda pro es que es muy linda y estetica, super practiva y aumento mis ventas. Antes en horarios donde dormia la gente no se podia agendar, ahora con esta plataforma se pueden agendar solas con un link y abonando una reserva que me llega automaticamente por mercado pago.

En mi caso tengo un centro de estetica y atiendo exclusivo al publico femenino, no me gusta que no pueda elegir la opcion que solo se agenden mujeres.
También me gastaría que haya colores para los distintos tratamientos como google calendar.
Que la gente pueda poner una opinion o estrellas sobre el servicio que se vino a realizar.

La automatización es una maravilla, la verdad lo recomiendo mucho porque ha profesionalizado el negocio y ha tenido buena recepción con mis clientes, me encanta el orden del calendario y lo rápido de los correos de info de reserva y de confirmación.

Las citas al momento de confirmarlas, o incluso al estar reservadas debería poder aparecerle en el google calendar al cliente y sonarle recordatorio aparte del correo, ya que no todos están pendientes a las rrss pero sí a las notificaciones de google calendar y app de organización.Me gustaría también poder ver filtros por servicios, equipos o citas, para que no me choquen los box al mismo tiempo y no solo filtrar por prestador.También me gustaría que pudiera resumir por el rango de tiempo trabajado de cada prestador, por ej "prestador 1" hoy lunes 10/07 de 09:00 a 14:00 hrs con citas o etc y eso poder enlazarlo con el google calendar del prestador... en fin.. pero en general super bueno el servicio de AgendaPro.
