It was extremely easy to integrate with our current stack. The cases are easy to manage and assign, and the branding options fit our brand perfectly.
Cons
Not every language is supported yet. I've been told this will change in the future.

Easy to implement and can be set up directly by HR or Legal according to the policy implemented without any IT support.

Pros
The interface is straightforward to navigate and use. I feel secure throughout the experience and know that employees can report potential incidents safely.
