About Formidable Forms
Formidable Forms is a forms automation WordPress plugin, which helps businesses utilize a drag-and-drop interface to create multi-page forms with conditional logic, star ratings, and prefilled fields, among other elements. It allows staff members to utilize predefined templates, create surveys, set up customizable branding, track user activity and review data.
Formidable Forms lets team members use the visual styler to create multiple form layouts and add custom colors, padding, borders, and other components. Team members can use repeater fields to collect multiple data sets and transform entries into directories, listings, and calendars. It allows team leaders to set up response limits, schedule forms, and add date picker options. Employees can use saved entries and metadata to automatically populate fields.
Formidable Forms allows businesses to integrate the platform with several third-party applications, including MonsterInsights, Zoho CRM, SproutApps, Groundhogg, WeGlot and more.

I have built small, mid, and large sized web applications using formidable forms. It is the cornerstone of my development business as I develop fairly complicated, large scale, web applications. Formidable takes away hours and hours of coding and provides features and programming interfaces that others do not. In addition to that, their documentation and support is great.
Pros
The features I use most are the API interface, actions, and filters. The ability to access these features were the deciding options for my selection of formidable.
Cons
Would like to see more control on submit buttons and modal dialogs

Pros
formidable forms , combine html with PHP,SQL and JavaScript which give unlimited creativity with very ease to implement and simple way , also the plugin give a very useful addons and high support of integrations which help in building very useful systems that support accounting , CRM and much more , customer support is fast in response and try to give help as much as they can

it needs some small improvements on views and lookup fields

Great product, but support isn't always helpful

Pros
Relatively easy to use, with a lot of advanced features. It's great but overkill for what most users will need from a forms plugin.
Cons
Support was difficult to work with when I did have issues. They would send back solutions unrelated to my issues, if I send downloads or videos as reference they would not watch or download them before answering me, and multiple times their solution was "don't use other plugins." I've only had to contact them a couple times in two years and both times I got the same representative, so hopefully it's not a company-wide issue.It's really a shame, because I love the plugin itself, but that kind of support doesn't give me a lot of confidence when it comes to using it on client sites. Hopefully they can get those issues under control, it has a lot of potential if so!

Formidable was faster and easier to setup than Gravity forms, with better first party features. WSforms was not as mature of a product when I was doing my evaluations 2 years ago, but I've heard a lot of great things about that and will be re-evaluating what plugin to use in the next couple months.Response from Strategy11

Pure Bliss. I have used just about everything out there and nothing compares to Formidable Forms.

Pros
I love everything about Formidable. The ease of use. The large library of templates. The ability to create custom templates that can be reused. The fact that I can white label the plugin. I can create a customized forms experience for customers in a portion of the time and at a portion of the cost of a developer.
Cons
The calculator functions are a bit tricky but nothing that you can't figure out with a reading in the documentation.
