Great tool for investor relations

Pros

We use Affinity to manage our investor relations. What I like most:
- It is really intuitive and easy to get started
- GDPR, data security...big topics for us in Germany especially in this context
- Great pipeline analytics to keep a realistic assessment

Cons

- No integration with Pipedrive where we historically also have quite some conversations stored.

Pros

The ease of functionality with Affinity is really what sets it apart from it's competitors - helping both relationship-building and the customer acquisition journeys be as effective as possible!

Cons

Genuinely - nothing. I think the team have considered functionality really well and it works well for my needs.

Decent product but overpriced and lots of room for improvement

Basically a cloud-based Excel sheet. Does what it needs to do for very basic CRM functionality.

Pros

Easy to set up. This is basically the only thing we like about Affinity.

Cons

Organization is fairly young and trying to figure things out as they go. Does not support dynamic emails (e.g., fill in company name automatically), so you have to send out one email at a time. This is really table stakes and has been "in development" for over a year with no sign of progress. If you need to blast emails from your CRM system, look elsewhere. Also very limited integration with other systems. Again, it's "on the roadmap" and has been for a long time.

Increased responsiveness of the platform can make the experience much user friendlier!

Pros

Easy-to-use CRM that tracks conversations, attachments, and sends reminders.
The Gmail chrome extension is incredibly useful.
The mobile app is quite powerful compared to other CRM apps.

Cons

The platform is quite slow (like most CRMs) and tiresome to use this on a day to day basis
Limited analytics/reports offered
Email customization & analytics can be a great value add
