You do not need to be a reporting expert to use this app, because the support team will create almost any custom report you could imagine, and they'll do it quickly.  But, if you still do want to create your own reports you can do so.  Special thanks to support team members \[sensitive content hidden\] who have been so helpful whenever called upon\!
