Overall experience with LogPoint has been great. The sales and engineering team have been very responsive and help as we build out our MSSP business.
Pros
Easy to install and low learning curve to start getting benefit from the solution.
Cons
Have not gotten negative feedback from our MSSP customers on software issues.

Amazing! I can imagien using another Siem. We have tried and heard about many other systems but Logpoint is in a different league with being a dedicated company with only security on their mind.
Pros
Userfriendly and scalable. The way they continue to improve their product.
Cons
I cant say i have found anything that i dont like about Logpoint yet.

LogPoint hilft beim Aufbau eines SOCs, für das Compliance-Reporting für Auditoren und IT-Entscheider. Es ist für Incident-Response mehr als geeignet. Gute solide europäische Alternative die jeden Monat ein Stück besser wird.
Pros
Wenn man vorher weiß was man will kann man sofort alles sehr sauber und schnell umsetzen. Wenn nich macht man das eben später bei vollkommener Kostentransparenz.
Cons
In der Vergangenheit gab es teilweise seltsame Bugs, jedoch waren selbige nicht schwerwiegend und wurden schnell gefixt.

Le prix raisonnable Le mode de licences qui se base sur le nombre des adresses IP Avec la mise à jour on a pu avoir le SOAR gratuitement
Cons
le support ne répond pas les mises à jour ne sont pas facile à déployer
