Elegere ci ha permesso di implementare in soli 4 mesi il work-flow del ciclo passivo, migliorando il controllo interno che in precedenza era del tutto manuale e senza la minima tracciatura a sistema. le informazioni raccolte in maniera strutturata ci permettono inoltre di monitorare le spese vs il budget approvato sia per i progetti piu importanti sia per le spese operative


versatitlita', facilita' di customizzazione sulle necessita del cliente, assistenza ed interazione del team di lavoro. possibilita di adottare la soluzione in hosting, che ci ha permesso di annullare i tempi morti della IT aziendale obsoleta e macchinosa


ad oggi non ho nessun inconveniente da evidenziare, in quanto durante il processo di customizzazione il team di Elegere ha evaso tutte le richieste grazie anche alla versatilita del software

con l'utilizzo della piattaforma e-legere abbiamo risolto con facilità la gestione del caricamento del dato di turnover dei nostri 200 tenant; senza altre alternative, avremmo rischiato di dover inserire tali informazioni a mano su un foglio excel - inoltre con questo sistema abbiamo implementato la gestione di altri report commerciali che ci permettono di avere sott'occhio scadenze contrattuali e dati gestionali


velocità di elaborazione del dato;
possibilità di modifiche alla "propria infrastruttura" in tempi brevissimi con rielaborazione del dato contestuale
flessibilità della piattaforma alle proprie esigenze
autonomia nella gestione dell'infrastruttura


il prodotto è facile da usare; è bene avere però un manuale che ti aiuta a districarti negli innumerevoli usi delle funzioni
