Enhanced Customer Engagement – Chorus provides a comprehensive set of features to enable full engagement with all roles interfacing with customers, brokers, managers, executives, associates, call center representatives or mail center agents. Applications can be configured to ingest content and data from any channel (paper, email, batch, data transmissions, and social) and also perform outbound communications with rule based composition across multiple channels. With AWD your customers will be fully engaged and know the status of their request. In most organizations, customer communications are high-touch and high-risk due to the likelihood of using a wrong template, or using cut/paste with customer private information. Clients implementing customer communications have achieved goals as high as 95% in automating their outbound messaging using templating.

Strengthen Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance – Chorus incorporates features to ensure adherence to ever changing governance, risk and compliance rules. For the Patriot Act, for example, clients needed the ability to store content and images outside of the US so we deployed our Canadian datacenter. For the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar data privacy laws, we have added features that enable data and image purge options that can be configured and executed according to your requirements. Clients also often need to prove (to auditors and to their customers) they are adhering to specific protocols and contractual performance obligations. Chorus has configurable tracking features to set timers on specific steps and elapsed time. All steps and interactions are recorded in a sealed audit trail and are available for reporting. Chorus has security features to restrict access at levels such as image redaction, image view, data, data masking, transaction type, division, and business unit. While clients do not typically share their savings (or cost-avoidance) results, one can estimate the overall dollars in scope from near daily headlines reporting privacy breaches, fraud, and non-compliance.
