Kavkom Predictive Dialer offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party platforms such as Dropbox, Click2Call, Salesforce, and more. The activity dashboard allows managers to view call statistics by agents or campaigns and collect and store telephony data in a centralized repository.

Avec Kavkom j'ai pu facilement régler la question des coûts de communication vers mes clients habituels.Mes agents également n'étaient plus du tout limités dans leur mobilité car même en déplacement les communications sont gérées.
