Kavkom Predictive Dialer is designed to help businesses automate dialing and routing of calls to live agents. The application enables supervisors to manage and optimize prospecting, sales, and recruitment campaigns, track the productivity of agents, and provide access to specific agents to view information about leads or campaigns.

It allows employees to identify fax numbers, review unanswered calls, handle call rates, and detect unwanted or false numbers via a unified platform. Kavkom Predictive Dialer offers a variety of features including communication management, analytics, collaboration, performance tracking, email alerts, data import/export, and more. Kavkom Predictive Dialer offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party platforms such as Dropbox, Click2Call, Salesforce, and more. Pros

Kavkom c’est la liberté de la communication, ou que vous soyez , vous serai joignable sur votre numéro de téléphone kavkom. Le service technique est très rapide et résolutif.
Le prix de l’abonnement est très correct par rapport a la concurrence.

Cons

Pas pour l instant , tout est correct , dans l’attente de voir l’évolution.
