About Splynx

Splynx is a billing and network management software designed to help small to midsize internet providers handle subscribers, billing, and related operations. The system can be integrated into existing internet service provider (ISP) infrastructures and allows administrators to automate various processes.

Splynx lets supervisors optimize networks, system configurations, radius management, CRM tasks and more. The application can also manage operation support systems (OSS) and business support systems (BSS) in telecoms.

A CRM that just works

I'm glad I can come in every day to use a product that just works! With other providers it had...

I'm glad I can come in every day to use a product that just works! With other providers it had always been "just deal with the issues". With splynx it turned into, "We understand you have a problem, it will take some time, but how can we fix it for you". They continue to work with their customer to make their product better and take the feedback from them to continually grow their platform. Every single function works as expected and they will lead you along the way to make sure IF you have any problems they get resolved right then and there.

They are truly a breath of fresh air and the only regret we have is not switching sooner!

- Pocketbook friendly

Cons

- Small, minor issues or bugs but most everything functions as it should

Was the best decision i ever did years ago was to migrate all our services into one product and Splynx was able to deliver that where other software vendors could not.

Pros

The support we receive when there are issues or need assistance with are 10 out of 10. As an ISP to receive the support we get makes us look good to our clients.
