Guests and attendees join meetings free of charge; and the apps are free, too. Attendees simply click the meeting link provided by email or instant message, or enter a meeting ID given to them over the phone. The video and audio both look and sound fairly decent. The platform's emphasis on user privacy is a particularly attractive feature. The success of any solution to a user's problem hinges on how quickly it can be implemented. All of the meetings are safe and sound.
Pros
It allows users to have teleconferences, record meetings, and make audio communications with others inside and outside the company. Because it's a safe environment, the tool is used regularly. Sharing one's screen with other participants is a useful feature that facilitates collaboration and clear communication.
Cons
Due to intermittent connection issues, logging in can be a challenge at times. There are occasions when the call quality decreases, which is frustrating for the consumers. The chat tool has fewer options and less intriguing video effects.

I feel that GoTo Meeting is very easy to use. My favorite part about it is that it gives more of a professional and business feel. I feel that many people use other platforms for personal life as well as business. I feel that when we use GoTo Meeting, it indicates a professional setting.
Pros
I like the professional display as well as the professional invitation link.
Cons
I did not like the brand recognition by others. I feel that some others believe that zoom and GoTo are the same product when they are not.

GoTo Meeting has made it so easy for us to solve our meeting needs by giving us safe virtual meeting rooms to hold our meetings online. It has really saved us from all the work of planning for physical meetings and has made it possible for us to meet quickly at any given time. With GoTo Meeting, our online meetings has been very effective and interactive.
Pros
GoTo Meeting has very advanced privacy and security features that give us the confidence to hold our private meetings virtually. I like how simple and straightforward it is to join a meeting with GoTo Meeting with just clicking the meeting link. Its video and audio quality are super clear allowing everyone in the meeting to capture all that is been shared and said during the meeting. GoTo Meeting offers a instant chatting function that allows us to share information during meetings without having to disrupt the speaker. Its screen sharing function help us to easily do online presentations during meetings.
Cons
GoTo Meeting has not failed to impress us in any way. All we have needed from it has been delivered so no dislikes.
