Perenso Field Sales is an all-in-one sales automation solution designed to help wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers automate sales operations and analyze customer data. The application allows organizations to plan field visits, identify sales opportunities, provide discounts and deals to customers, and define call objectives for employees.

Perenso Field Sales enables managers to monitor the performance of sales representatives, configure workflows, generate custom reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time. It provides a variety of other features including content management, call tracking, task management, data import/export, analytics, and more. It lets sales teams capture and store customer data in a centralized repository, set up representatives’ call targets, and view customers’ order history.

Perenso Field Sales supports integration with various third-party analytics solutions and imports data from external applications. It also allows employees to identify priority customer visits, process orders, schedule calls, and validate product information across distributor and customer records.

Trade Show Trade Up

Pros

Order entry versus prior provider is miles above in ease of use. System has performed reliably with zero show stopping issues. Customer training and support is top notch as well.

Cons

Some of the on-screen reporting can render too small to be usable without a download or too many zoom-in / zoom-out moves. Could improve search functions within reporting on platform as well.

My overall experience with Perenso Trade Shows have been great and look forward to partnering with them on future shows.

Pros

What I enjoy most about Perenso Trade Shows are how easy there team is to work and all the extra work they put into our show to ensure that is successful.

Cons

What I like least about the Perenso Trade Shows is speed of the ipads. Not sure if this is due to WiFi Bandwidth of the venues or just the devices themselves at times.

We have been using Perenso for over 3 years. During this time we have seen the product evolve from the standard on premise solution to a sophisticated cloud based system that caters to complex business requirements. The iPad version released last year was a major leap Perenso and has greatly assisted us driving productivity an mobility within our field sales team.

We are looking forward to using their cloud offering.

The overall experience with my Perenso team has been wonderful. Not only are they easy to work with and extremely helpful, they continue to adapt to our ever-growing business needs for our Trade Shows.

Pros

Perenso's customer service is amazing to work with. They respond quickly to issues and continue to adapt to our growing need for event management, ensuring that all users on all platforms are satisfied and their products are user-friendly.

Cons

The app has come a long way since creation. There are a few features that I am excited to add in to the app and hope to see possible in the next few years: Vendor-friendly app interface, chat function between sales rep and customer, interactive floor map. I look forward to see what the future has in store for our Perenso partnership.

I was very happy with the system and the ease of using it. Most of the customers I had attend the...

I was very happy with the system and the ease of using it. Most of the customers I had attend the show went on to increase the orders they placed at the show because they could take their time and do it remotely.

Pros

Training was complete and very helpful. The sales team and out manufactures were able to quickly learn the system.

Cons

We did not import all of our sku's some of the manufactures could not add special orders at the show.
