I like when i started using this software and hardware the ease of use, i have little computer knowledge so it worked for me and as functionality grew with yodeck so did my knowledge.
Cons
Tied to Rasperry pi, currently it is hard to get although a fantastic product after covid and reduction of product people are selling for hefty prices making it harder to get.

Overall, our experience has been great with Yodeck. Customer support is awesome and the platform works better than expected.
Pros
We started with another platform that was based on the Raspberry Pi. Unfortunately, we ran into issues with scheduling and customer support was non existent. With the Yodeck, customer support reached out before we even had the unit and has been available any time we needed it. The scheduling takes effect immediately and overall we are just very happy with this product.
Cons
I have yet to find something about this platform that I do not like honestly.

Pros
Yodeck is a super easy product to use for digital menu signage. You can easily upload an image or build a more dynamic menu using a custom website. It can be as simple or fancy as you'd like.
Cons
While not super important, it would be nice for premium features, like POS System (Toast) integrations for live menu updates. For example, if we put an item Out of Stock on our POS, it would update live on the menu board. Currently, one of software offers this option.
