Google Marketing makes it easy to see audience insights, if we are running the right type of insights and in the right places, and if it’s actually working!

Cons

It took time to really narrow in the right key terms to use to be able to get thru to the right target audience.

Pros

Good for highly targeted campaigns, Google have the right data to find the right audience.

Cons

Customer service isn't bad per se but it's hard to get through to someone real - I assume this is because Google are too big to focus in on smaller accounts.
