It is a very easy to use software I like that it adapts we started using with a single store now we have a warehouse an online store and we can have all this separate on the system and was not difficult. The benefit that includes the POS and you can review online let me keep track easily of the operations.
Pros
The thing I like the most is that it can be use from anywhere so I can check from anywhere how are the stores and inventory going.
Cons
The POS needs some more feautures like the option of 2 sales at a time sometimes the customer is taking more time to pick thins up and you can not start charging other customer, the option to have a loyalty program with the customers directly on the POS.

Muy fácil de usar y muy completa. La facturación es muy intuitiva.
Cons
Quizás mejorar los reportes. Poder sacar reportes personalizados de ventas por clientes, ingresos promedio, gráficas de incrementos/reducciones de ventas.

Pros
Me facilita mucho el envío de cotizaciones a mis clientes y el control de la misma, tengo completa visibilidad de las actividades realizadas.
Cons
Podría ser excelente si se pudieran editar los correos de envío en lugar de tener que registrarlos desde un inicio, ya que hay ocasiones en que no se va a compartir la información con la lista de remitentes registrada. Un poco más de flexibilidad en la edición del contenido de las cotizaciones también sería ideal, en cuanto a los conceptos que se van a presentar al cliente.

Como dueño de un negocio ha sido de mucha utilidad para mí en lo personal al tomar ciertas decisiones en las compras de productos y el cuidado con los clientes, sobre todo al cotizar, es muy cómodo y rápido el tener a la mano las posibles ventas que tengo a futuro y llevar una planeación de las mismas.
Pros
Un software de fácil uso e implementación, te da rápidamente información para la toma de decisiones importantes como compras, ventas y rentabilidad de productos. El punto de venta es excelente para el negocio y el control de inventarios. Una herramienta adecuada para todo tipo de negocios.
Cons
Lo único que me gustaría es que tuviera la opción de dar de alta precios por tipo de cliente y que tuviera una alarma en el tiempo de pagar a proveedores, como tipo recordatorio.
