Accrualify Spend Management Platform is a procurement and purchasing software designed to help midsize and large businesses manage budgeting, invoicing, payment processing, and accruals using machine learning-enabled tools. Administrators can configure approval workflows among staff members to manage vendor-specific, blanket, and expense reimbursement purchase orders.

Supervisors can utilize the optical character recognition (OCR) feature to process multiple batches of invoices to automate data entry operations. Accrualify Spend Management Platform allows teams to gain insights into purchase orders, invoices, remaining budget amounts, and payments. The platform also enables managers to generate accrual estimates according to historical data and open purchase orders on a unified interface.

Accrualify Spend Management Platform lets businesses track accrual submissions, purchase orders, communications with administrators, payment statuses, and more via vendor portal. Operators can also track expenditure in real-time and process ACH payments in a centralized dashboard.

Pros

The smooth connection between procurement to payment is one of the highlight of this product. Also, the success team made sure that accrualify is properly set up to our needs and requirements. It has address our process concerns and our compliance needs

Cons

One thing that I feel can be improved are the error messages that is hard to understand by the user. We have to raise this to support so that we would know what to do to address it.

Previously, we relied on software that did not allow for customization, which was crucial as our organization is quickly growing and our needs our very specific. Accrualify has allowed us to constantly add new approval workflows which is important as people come and go to the organization.

Pros

I love the customization and Netsuite integration! It empowers the team to create the payment workflows that make sense and nothing gets lost in the process.

Cons

Comments feature could be improved by showing comments in an email.

Pros

The approval workflows, which can be customized for you, are very robust and managed and maintained by Accrualify. Integration with NetSuite is good and can accommodate custom fields, for a price.

Cons

It is new and they are doing many things to improve it, but updates are done monthly with no time for testing and since they are working with different ERP systems, most times there is a bug

Ease of integration with NetSuite. Very responsive customer support/service. Intuitive to use.

Cons

The lack of ability to apply deposits to invoices. Not user friendly in applying credits to invoices through the payment portal.
