> **Cons**: Too steep of a learning curve. It is a web interface on top of an IBM RPG solution which restricts what is possible to customize unless you pay the consultants for it.
Limited support with a small user community.

Implementation consultants are extremely busy. It felt like one would have long waiting times to get moving again.
