Rublon is a cloud-based security solution that helps organizations protect their data via easy-to-use multi-factor authentication (MFA). Small companies and large enterprises use Rublon to enable secure local and remote access to their networks, servers and applications. Rublon helps its customers to achieve regulatory compliance with HIPAA and GDPR.
Rublon allows you to protect almost all technologies thanks to an extensive set of connectors: VPNs (Array Barracuda, AWS, Check Point, Cisco, Citrix, F5, Fortinet, OpenVPN, Palo Alto, Pulse Connect, SonicWall, Sophos), RDP, RDS (RD Gateway & Web Access), Windows Logon, SSH, Linux Desktop, cloud applications (SAML) as well as on-premise applications.
Integrate Rublon with existing directories like Microsoft Active Directory and OpenLDAP and use them as identity providers during MFA logins.
Enable users to easily access cloud applications via Rublon's MFA-protected SSO Portal.
Authenticate users using hardware- and software-based methods: U2F/WebAuthn Security Keys, Mobile Push, Mobile Passcode (TOTP), SMS Passcode, Email Link. The Rublon Authenticator mobile app is required for Mobile Push and Mobile Passcode (available for both iPhone and Android).
Set global and application-specific policies that specify available authentication methods, authorized networks and remembered devices.

There is no Remember device available in this software and telephonic support number is not provided on website

we tested a trial version, it was very easy to set up. we got the pricing immediately. other suppliers did not even replied to my email yet and i already implemented RublonResponse from Rublon

Great product to protect Remote Desktop, Remote Desktop Gateway, and Windows Logins

Pros
We were able to get Rublon MFA installed, tested, and in use in under a day across all offices. We were prepared to train all users, but all we had to do was send an email with the install instructions of the app, and they installed it on their mobile devices easily, logged in, and started without us having to provide training to one user. That's rare in IT! It also solved a problem we weren't able to solve without multiple servers installed in our office. All we needed was to install the app, provide credentials, and boom - working!
Cons
I wish the server product had an auto-update routine vs. downloading and manually installing the update. It's something I need to investigate more.
