Pros

The entire Softrip Team is fantastic. From the Admin staff, to the Engineers, Development, and Support Team, they are all a pleasure to work with.

Cons

The native reporting capabilities necessitate 3rd party reporting tools.

Flexibility in Pricing

Pros

The ability to customize markups and pricing by supplier and by agency. Previous platforms I have worked on do not allow this and are all or nothing by brand.

Cons

Previously most of our development has been customized rather than considered basic TO functionality, but we are happy to know Softrip is moving towards more across the board functionality.
