About SAP Access Control
SAP Access Control is a hybrid and on-premise access management software designed to help businesses in the energy and natural resources, financial services, consumer, public services, and other industries automate processes related to detection and prevention of access risk violations to reduce unauthorized access to critical information and data.
Key features of SAP Access Control include access risk analysis, user access management, role-based access control, user-access reviews, and emergency access. The governance solution enables managers to certify access to on-premise data and applications by validating user access, monitoring emergency access, and incorporating preventative policy checks. IT professionals can automatically identify and remediate access risk violations across their connected network and third-party systems.
SAP Access Control allows teams to create custom user groups that can be used to perform risk analysis and define and activate organizational rules to streamline batch risk analysis. The system offers custom fields across role search criteria for access requests, which can be configured to Display only, Default, or Hidden attributes according to organizational requirements.

The SAP program is excellent for carrying out an optimized and efficient process for monitoring and accounting, I currently use it for the financial system of my company where I carry out collection transactions.
Pros
EPI-USE's service offering includes SAP Financial for public and private sector entities. As well as core SAP Financial applications such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury.
Cons
Price per user, Now and again, it is delayed to load and refresh. Commonly we need to restart all together.

Its very customizable, but because of this very time consuming to learn and develop. Can be use for ordering, time sheets, requesting time off and much more. Its not as straight forward and easy to use for end users, so there is a little training curve there, but there is also not much out there that can do as much as this software can do and in one program. Like I repeat it is just takes time to learn for both end users and developing team.
Pros
This application can do so much and I am sure that my company is not using all its features. I used to work for Siemens and they used it to order parts and manage parts for their engineering components. There really is not much out there like it for sure. Application can be customized for your company needs.
Cons
This software is not easy to use. Takes training. Its so customizable it makes it difficult to setup and is difficult on the end user to learn how to use it properly. It also seems a little out-dated with the look of the interface and GUI.
